Italian food on the west side. Bria Bistro’s menu offers Italian traditions along with their own custom creations. It’s dark and cozy and the food is hot and comforting. Carpaccio, Caprese, Minestrone, Antipasto, Margherita Focacce, Carne Focacce, Lasagna, Saltimbocca, Manicotti, Salmon over a roasted red pepper risotto cake, Sicilian Chicken with broccoli rabe, Trout in a spicy tomato aioli, Spaghetti, Pappardelle, Rigatoni, you get the picture. They have a special pasta and a special soup each day as well. The portions are rather large, but you’ll want to save some room for dessert. Tiramisu, Panna Cotta, and Gelato are favorites. Have dinner for 2 or an event for a group. It’s yummy.
